1. How much will it cost to ship my order?
We ship from Canada, so that you don't need to pay any duty or cross-border shipping fee.

We also offer free shipping on orders $50 and over (before tax, shipping and handling charge) with Regular shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter the billing and shipping address and proceed to the Step 2 Shipping Method. Here you can review your order with the shipping and handling charges added before entering your credit card. Click the "Back to Step 1" button to change your shipping and/or billing address. Your order is not final until you have entered your credit card information in Paypal website and clicked "Pay".

2. Can orders be shipped internationally?
Sorry, we only ship to Canadian domestic addresses for the time being.

3. Is my order insured for shipping lost or damage?
Yes, we insure all items purchased from www.artdesignobject.com for shipping lost or damage at no extra charge. That means you will get exchange or refund for items lost or damaged during delivery time.

4. What is your shipping policy?
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (no extra charge). In the event of a delay, you will be notified by e-mail.

Shipping Methods: We offer three shipping methods Regular, Expedited and Priority Courier. For Priority Courier, we can deliver most in-stock merchandise anywhere in the Canada the next day - guaranteed (some conditions apply). We cannot delivery to PO boxes. Oversize items may require an extra charge. For special shipping requirements, please e-mail customerservice@artdesignobject.com before you place your order.

We currently only ship to Canadian domestic address.

5. What is your order cancel policy?
If for any reason you want to cancel your order after you place it, simply contact our customer service representative by e-mailing customerservice@artdesignobject.com, we will be pleased to cancel your order and make a fully refund to you.

If we have shipped your merchandise before you cancel your order, please wait for the arrival of your merchandise first, then follow the instructions in What is your return policy? to return your merchandise and get refund.

6. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Please follow below instructions for returns.

(1) Contact our customer service representative by e-mailing customerservice@artdesignobject.com to obtain Merchandise Return Form. If your order is $50 or more, you will be eligible for Free Return Shipping, our customer service representative will mail you a 'Pre-paid Return Label' so that you can return unwanted merchandise back without shipping fee. For orders less than $50, you will need to pay the return shipping cost by yourself.

(2) The item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition.

(3) If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our customer service representative by e-mailing customerservice@artdesignobject.com immediately.

(4) Shipping and handling charges, if there is any, are not refundable.

Include the completed Merchandise Return Form and mail merchandise in its original packaging to the address as specified in Merchandise Return Form.

7. How will sales tax be charged?
We don't charge customers GST. We pay PST for shipments to Ontario. Shipments to other provinces will not include any sale tax.

8. What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We use Paypal as our payment process service provider. With Paypal, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinner Club or your personal Paypal account.

9. Is it safe for me to pay by credit card over the Internet?
Yes. Both Paypal and our secured server software use industry-standard SSL encryption technology. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts, or encodes, your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so this information would be rendered unreadable should someone try to intercept it. With this technology, you enjoy more security when using your credit card for shopping at the www.artdesignobject.com than when using it in many of your daily off-line transactions.
